I just watched a movie called Jesus Camp by Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady. The movie has stirred up some very profound feelings in me. I'd like to write some sort of review, but because of the experience I am having, I'm not able to verbalize an objective view of the film.
I loved the way the movie was shot. I loved it's unflinching camera work and the bravery it took to make such an objective movie about Evangelical fundamentalism (although it is nearly impossible to be completely objective because of the nature of film). I really appreciate this movie, and I am thankful that these filmmakers pursued this subject with such diligence.
